Our Operational Standards
SIA Licensing
Every operative holds a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence. We conduct independent licence verification before deployment on every contract, with zero tolerance for lapses.
Vetting & Screening
All personnel undergo BS 7858 pre-employment screening including 5-year employment history checks, DBS enhanced disclosure, right-to-work verification, and character referencing.
Continuous Training
Operatives complete annual refresher training in conflict management, first aid at work, counter-terrorism awareness (ACT Awareness), and site-specific inductions before each deployment.
Command & Control
24/7 control room support with real-time radio communications. Every shift has a designated Duty Manager on call. Incident logs are maintained digitally and available to clients on demand.
Uniform & Presentation Standards
All officers deploy in the full Civilian® navy SECURITY uniform — branded vest with reflective piping, polo shirt, and black trousers. No deviation from uniform standards is permitted on shift.
Mobile Response
Mobile patrol vehicles are fully liveried and GPS-tracked. Patrol routes are logged electronically and reports issued to clients within 24 hours of each patrol cycle.
