Protecting More Than Clients
At Civilian®, our responsibility extends beyond the contracts we hold. We believe that organisations operating in public safety have a duty to give back — to communities, to the environment, and to the next generation of professionals who will carry this work forward.
Community Safety Programmes
We deliver free community safety workshops — covering fire safety, first aid, and personal security — in underserved areas across the UK. In 2025, we reached over 12,000 community members.
Youth Education & Pathways
Our apprenticeship and bursary schemes provide young people with funded pathways into security, paramedic, and fire safety careers — regardless of background or prior experience.
Environmental Commitment
Civilian® is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. We're transitioning our patrol fleet to electric vehicles and targeting net zero operations across all divisions by 2030.
Mental Health in the Sector
We actively fund and promote mental health support for frontline workers, recognising the psychological demands of emergency services roles. All operatives have access to confidential counselling.
